About this Event

When is the last time you've written a meaningful letter? You can probably think of someone you've been meaning to write to.

Letters Worth Sending is a quiet, guided letter-writing evening inside Analog Room, East Austin’s phone-free social club for books, attention and human connection.

Each edition begins with a thoughtfully chosen theme: gratitude, home, mentorship, someone who changed you, something left unsaid or a letter to your future self. You will receive a small collection of prompts, but what you write and whether you intend to actually send it is entirely up to you.

Analog provides the paper, envelopes, pens and postage. You choose the person, find the words, seal the envelope and leave the mailing to us.

This is not a writing class, group critique or public reading. It is simply protected time to write to someone and write something that matters.

Your ticket includes:

• Two hours inside Analog Room
• Guided letter-writing prompts
• Quality stationery and envelope
• Postage and mailing
• One house drink
• Phone storage throughout the evening

Come alone or bring someone you care about. All writing remains private.

Event is complimentary for our founding members

Analog Room is located in East Austin, upstairs above Cisco’s Restaurant.
