Letters From Your Inner Child - Kickoff

This is a secular life review workshop. It will entail individuals examining and reflecting on key moments in their life (birth, school, teenage years, young adult, current) and writing letters from the perspective of you during that time to current you, and current you writing back. These will be shared amongst a very small group that are doing the same exercises.

You’ll remember things you had forgotten, you’ll see things in a new light, you’ll hear that deep dark secret you’ve been keeping….somebody else in the group has it too.

You’ll find hurts you didn’t know about, comfort in letting go of things you’ve held onto, and hopefully a path forward in being a healthier, happier human.

NOTE: The moderator is not licensed, trained nor affiliated in any way with any psychological, grief, trauma or any such group. He has been through a similar process that was life changing and this is simply paying it forward. There is no charge, nothing will be sold.

This will take a tremendous amount of your time, could be 10+ hours per week for ~12 weeks. Dates are TBD to gauge interest. Once a group is selected (3 max) we’ll work around everyone’s schedule.
