- A closing keynote by Dee Marshall. Dee is an award-winning speaker & leader who started her career on Wall Street before moving into leadership & founder roles in the nonprofit, political, & business sectors. She founded Girlfriends Pray, a movement with over 100,000 members worldwide. Now, in addition to being a LinkedIn Top Voice, she is the CEO of Ai Training Plus which designs people-first, performance-driven AI-powered training and leadership solutions.
- An interactive workshop with Lisa Haynes, the author of "Retired & Killin' It". After retiring as the CFO of the Mortgage Bankers Association, she became a certified retirement coach who focuses on the non-financial side of retirement. She helps high-achieving professionals navigate reinvention - "the identity shift, loss of structure, and quiet uncertainty."
- Panel discussion & Q&A with Erica Culpepper who became President of CAKES Body after a 20 year career at L'Oreal & Janine Daughtry, who left corporate America after a 16 year career in strategy & operations and is now a board director & a doctoral student.
- "How To Get On A Corporate Board" with Shelly Lombard, a 6x corporate board member & the founder of Schmooze. 80% of corporate board roles are filled through relationships. Shelly will introduce the networking strategy you need to get on a corporate board.
