Did you know that 1 in 4 Americans has a mental health condition? This statistic means many of us are likely connected to someone affected by these challenges.
As a community of faith, we are called to exemplify God’s love and support for individuals living with mental health conditions.
In this spirit, Pastor Dan and church member Gayla Hibbert will be leading a class focused on mental health. The discussion will encompass key topics such as mental illnesses, recovery, caregiving, and self-care, approached from three critical perspectives: theological, psychological, and sociological.
We invite you to join us in this important conversation aimed at fostering understanding, compassion, and support within our community.
