Twice a month you can join in guided meditation practices for absolutely free. We appreciate our community partners at Community Creative, LLC for working with us to provide this program to the community.
One Sunday a month a light brunch will be provided at 10:00 am to be followed by a short introduction about meditation and then a guided meditation session at 10:30 am. We invite you to join us for a morning of mindfulness, connectivity, and community. This is a FREE program and is open to the public. This event is intended to be family friendly.
Can't join us for the Sunday morning session? Join us for a Thursday evening once a month at 6:00 pm. The Thursday evening Let's Meditate is intended for ages 16 and up. July 18th - https://fcl.libnet.info/event/11133296
