Looking for space to be mindful and connect with others while you're at it? This is for you.Twice a month you can join in guided meditation practices for absolutely free. We appreciate our community partners at Community Creative, LLC for working with us to provide this program to the community.
Take time to join us one Thursday evening a month at 6:00 pm, right before Yoga at 7:00 pm.
