Let's Meditate

Let’s Meditate is an immersive meditation experience in which participants learn mindfulness techniques from Sujantra, who has taught meditation for over 40 years in 20 countries. This 90-minute program includes live music, guided visualizations, crystal bowls, mantras, and more. Whether you are new to meditation or wish to deepen your practice, this event is for everyone.

For most of the event, we will be seated on the floor or in a chair. However, there will be an option to lie down for the last 30 minutes. Blocks, blankets and blosters will be available.

The following items are recommended but not required. 

• Yoga mat 
• Meditation cushion
• Any other props you’d like
