Let It In: Softening

Releasing the invisible armor most of us don't even know we're wearing. The constant managing, monitoring, performing, staying in control so nothing falls apart.

On the mat, softening isn't weakness. It's actually the harder skill. We'll practice it through movement — noticing where the body grips, where it holds, and gently asking: can you let go just a little?

The real you is underneath it. Softer than you let yourself believe.

We'll gather in the big open field next to the shelter with the grill.
