On a warm spring evening, join us at Ross Bay Villa Historic House Museum on Thursday May 21st, at 7:30PM, for Claudia Copley’s talk, ‘Let it Bee: Creating a Landscape That Welcomes Native Pollinators’. An avid gardener and natural historian, Claudia was the Entomology Collections manager at the Royal BC Museum for many years.
This event will give an overview of why pollination is important, who are the pollinators, the amazing diversity of bees and other pollinators, what habitat they need, and how we can all help in small ways to benefit these amazing and essential creatures. Tickets are $10/person. As space is limited, please book ahead at https://tinyurl.com/RBVLetItBee
All proceeds support Ross Bay Villa, a volunteer-run and owned 1865 historic house museum and gardens located in Fairfield across from Ross Bay Cemetery.
