3-Day Session - Turning Managers into People Leaders

This is not your standard leadership training. This 3-day session is real-world skill-building for people who are responsible for results and know that success depends on their ability to lead others well.

• Lead through change with steadiness and empathy
• Understand and support generational differences on your team
