As we transition into the fall season, a time for releasing what no longer serves us, we also open ourselves to embracing the things that nurture our higher selves and support the life we aspire to create. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to 'Let Go to Let Grow' through a sacred sound ceremony.

You will set your intentions followed by a harmonic sound journey, aligning to the frequencies of pure love.

Our sound bath experiences have become a cherished tradition for the Eastside, drawing one of the largest and most connected communities of sound healing enthusiasts in the region. Experience the magic for yourself. See a glimpse of one of our recent sound baths.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Experience a guided journey of intention setting, followed by deep integration through the vibrational frequencies of Crystal Tones® alchemy singing bowls, a Sacred Metal Italian Gong, Shamanic drum, Native flutes from around the world, harmonium, and vocal tones. Align with your soul’s calling and become an even more magnetic and energetic match for the life you love, desire, and deserve.

ARRIVAL:

Event is 3:00-4:30pm. Doors open at 2:45pm. Arrive early to check-in and set up your space. We will be starting PROMPTLY at 3:00pm.

WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?

A Sound Bath is an immersive experience that intentionally uses waves of sound that carries vibration to slow down brainwaves into a restorative state, activating powerful self-healing within the mind, body and spirit. Sound is a universal language with ancient roots in cultures all over the world using sound and music for healing. It is nutrition for our nervous system.

The sounds during a Sound Bath are an invitation to journey into a deeper state of consciousness as an opportunity to gain perspective on what's going on within you. The goal of the experience is to invite deep relaxation, restoration and explore self-inquiry and self-discovery.

We welcome all compassionate beings ready to receive vibrational healing frequencies. This is for you if you:

WHAT TO BRING:

It is necessary to bring a yoga mat, blankets for warmth and pillow for your comfort.

Optional: You may also bring a water bottle, sacred object for intention setting and journal.
