Join us for a morning of connection with the women of WNY with yoga and self-care.
About this Event

Break up the winter blues with some connection with other women and women-owned businesses with samples of yoga, sound bath healing, shopping, and self-care stations. Some refreshments will be available. Bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and a blanket for classes, and your cash/card for some great self-care opportunities!

We will be open to the public for shopping and self-care stations, for free.
