A Lessons and Carols service is a traditional Christian worship service that combines scripture readings (lessons) and hymns (carols) to celebrate the Christmas story. This service will include nine readings from the Bible, starting with the story of the Fall of humanity, continuing through prophecies of the Messiah, and concluding with the birth of Jesus. Each reading is followed by the singing of a Christmas carol or hymn.
This service will be followed by a Brown Bag Luncheon - bring a brown bag lunch for yourself, and fellowship with others during lunch.
