This holistic experience includes yoga, meditation, Reiki, journaling, and a specially crafted ritual.The afternoon will include a soulful blend of Kundalini and Restorative yoga practices, a guided meditation to sharpen focus and gain clarity, and the healing, rejuvenating energy of Holy Fire® Reiki. This is a unique form of Reiki that is both powerful and gentle and provides purification, healing, empowerment and guidance.
During our candle and sigil ritual, you'll create a personal sigil—a symbolic representation of your intentions for 2025. This unique symbol will serve as a focal point, aligning your energies and thoughts with your desired outcomes. Don't forget to bring your journal and a writing utensil as we co-create an inspiring space for self-discovery and the deliberate manifestation of your dreams.
