Do you know what you’re worth? Where do you find your enduring value, and how do you know? The Gospel readings on the Sundays in Lent teach us the answer to these questions. In each of them, God shows you your true value and where to find it—and not only for you, but also for the whole human race. Social media, the love of money, AI, and the impure world all threaten to cheapen your value in the eyes of the world. Yet in your worthy and honorable Savior, Jesus, God secures for you an enduring value beyond all imagination. You are worth more than you do; more than your best qualities; more than all you possess; and more than your own life.
