LEGAL SELF DEFENSE & SITUATIONAL AWARENESS SEMINAR

This course consists of 3 hours of training covering topic such as Pennsylvania Use of Force Law; Federal Law; Stand Your Ground; Castle Doctrine; Weapons Laws; Concealed / Open Carry Laws; Situational Awareness and More.

This course is designed to provide students with a good understanding of laws on when they can use force to protect themselves or others from an attack, and what level of force they may use as well as tips and techniques to avoid becoming a victim.

This course will be instructed by Dan Gaskin, who is a former Law Enforcement Sergeant with over 18 years of experience. Dan spent the greater majority of his career working in a Special Investigations Role focusing on violent crime investigations, as well as serving on a SWAT team in Central Florida. His experience includes executing hundreds of high risk warrants and operations as well as supervising and planning such operations. He has been training civilians and law enforcement officers for over a decade across the country.
