• How to deal with buy-to-let properties in estate planning
• How to mitigate inheritance tax on pension plans
• Important points to consider when setting up policies in trust to provide cash to meet inheritance tax – including dealing with chargeable lifetime transfers, maximising the normal expenditure exemption and the use of Rysaffe planning
