We’re celebrating 50 years of Legacy Arena with a FREE community event honoring five decades of concerts, championship moments and unforgettable live entertainment. Bring your friends and family to enjoy a fun-filled Saturday at one of Birmingham’s most iconic venues.From 3-7 p.m., enjoy:
• Free food trucks
• Family-friendly activities, including face painting and balloon artists
• Arcade-style games celebrating the arena’s sports history
• Backstage access to Legacy Arena and the Arena Club
• Exclusive anniversary swag you screen-print yourself with Yellowhammer Creative
• New art installations throughout the arena, including the unveiling of a commemorative mural
At 7 p.m., The Black Jacket Symphony will take the stage for a special live concert experience. The group will perform music by some of the biggest names to ever grace the arena stage. From rock legends and country icons to pop superstars and soul pioneers, the evening’s setlist will pay tribute to the incredible legacy of live entertainment that has defined Legacy Arena since opening in 1976.
