Lee Taft 2-Day Multi-directional Movement and Speed Workshop
About this Event
About This Event
This workshop is designed to transform the way you assess, understand, and train human athletic movement with direct application to clinical practice and performance coaching.
Whether you're a physical therapist, physician, athletic trainer, strength & conditioning coach, or fitness professional, this workshop will give you a powerful, evidence-informed framework for evaluating movement quality and designing targeted interventions for your patients and clients.
This is not a lecture series. This workshop is hands-on and you will move, practice, and learn by doing.
Why This Workshop Is Built for Healthcare & Movement Professionals
As clinicians and coaches, we spend years developing skills in anatomy, pathology, and rehabilitation but how often do we deeply examine the movement patterns that underlie athletic performance and injury risk?
Lee Taft's system bridges the gap between clinical rehab and high-performance training, giving you the tools to:
- Identify movement deficiencies that contribute to injury and performance limitations
- Apply a tiered, reactive assessment model to evaluate readiness at any stage of return to play or rehabilitation
- Design corrective and supportive interventions tailored to each individual athlete or patient
- Speak a common language between the training floor and the clinic
Topics Covered include:
- The 7 Movement Patterns of Athleticism
- The Reactive Tier System for Speed (RTSS)
- Movement Concepts, Actions, & Methods
- The Corrective & Supportive System
- and more!
