Led Intermediate Series Ashtanga Workshop with Emilia Arenas

This workshop is designed for students looking to deepen their understanding of the practice through focused instruction, breath awareness, and intelligent progression through the sequence. Emilia will offer guidance on transitions, alignment, energetic focus, and modifications to help students approach the series with greater confidence and clarity.

Expect a strong yet supportive environment that encourages curiosity, discipline, and deeper connection to the practice.

This workshop is best suited for students with an established yoga practice and familiarity with the Ashtanga Primary Series, though dedicated practitioners from other styles are welcome.

Emilia Arenas discovered yoga through Vinyasa before falling deeply in love with the Ashtanga system. After years teaching different fitness modalities, she found transformation through the discipline and depth of the practice.

She studied under Kino MacGregor, Tim Feldmann, and Greg Nardi, and has traveled to India multiple times to study with Sharath Jois. Emilia also studied Yoga Philosophy extensively with Dr. Nagaraj, focusing on The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.

Known for her strong Mysore teaching background and grounded approach, Emilia creates an environment that is both disciplined and deeply supportive.
