Led Bike Ride
About this Event
Come join a led bike ride, taking in Aberdeen and enjoying the benefits of physical activity, as weel as a chance to have a chat with your fellow riders. Starting at The Nook, you'll be lead by a Cycling UK member and return to the Nook for a coffee.

What is The Nook?
The Nook offers drop-in mental health support in a safe, stigma-free and non-clinical environment – without the need for an appointment.
Walk-in support hubs where anyone can visit to speak about mental health, The Nooks will provide visitors with access to support for themselves, or people they care about.
Our first Nooks are now open in Glasgow’s Merchant City and in Marischal Square, Aberdeen. Our skilled and compassionate staff are ready to support you, seven days a week.
