Along the way, he’ll unpack what each theory got right, what it got hilariously wrong, and why we still can’t quite agree on what makes a great leader.

Dr. Jake Tuber is an organizational psychologist and top-rated adjunct professor of industrial-organizational psychology at City College. As Managing Principal of Ticonderoga Advisory, he coaches executives, advises on talent strategy, and leads workshops for leaders and teams. Named one of the “40 Under 40 in Leadership” by the Leadership Center for Excellence, he holds degrees from Georgetown and Columbia University. His new book, The Deliberate Manager, is due out in February.
