The Lebanon Utilities Service Board has announced that the discharge outlet will not be located within the Eagle Creek Park boundaries. Other options are being explored including the original outfall options which send the entire volume of treated effluent upstream of Eagle Creek, and an evaluation is being conducted regarding sending discharge to Prairie Creek. It is possible that the results of the engineering report regarding Prairie Creek and new discharge locations, so mark your calendar to attend if you can!
