Join us for an evening of restorative yoga, calming breathwork, and yoga nidra meditation, aka the ultimate cozy reset.

Expect slow supported stretches, grounding breathing practices, and rejuvenating relaxation. Restorative yoga helps the body unclench from modern life while breathwork gently settles the nervous system and yoga nidra guides you into a deeply restful meditative state that feels somewhere between sleep and wakefullness.

We’ll be tucked inside the beautiful atmosphere of Fire and Fern Apothecary creating a soft landing place for rest, grounding, and collective exhale energy. 🌙 All are welcome.
