Come visit Scouting America Troops 57 & 1057 to learn about Klondike Derby! Klondike Derby is a scout challenge held in January to showcase scout skills and experience winter camping.Attendants of the Open House will learn skills for using a compass, estimating distances, and a fun team coordination game, and learn how the scouts outfit their sleds for the Derby, all taught by other scouts!
Finally, you'll have a chance to meet the scouts and leaders of both troops and see how your family can join. Troop 57 is a Scouting America troop for boys age 11-18 and Troop 1057 is a Scouting America troop for girls age 11-18.
