Start 2026 by participating in Countryside YMCA's annual Indoor Triathlon! Swim, spin, and treadmill your way through the event without worrying about how the weather could affect your performance. This indoor race can help new triathletes gain confidence and challenge someone who regularly exercises. In either case, expect to enjoy an evening of excitement, encouragement, and connection with fellow racers.The swim portion will be completed in our indoor 8-lane competition pool, the cycling portion will be completed in our spin studio (no need to bring a bike or helmet), and the run portion will be completed on the treadmills in our Cardio Strength Center. The events are based on time, not distance- you will swim for 10 minutes, bike for 20 minutes, and run for 15 minutes.
Race Day Check-In starts at 4:00pm. The race begins promptly at 5:00pm.
Must be age 15+ to participate.
