Commemorating those who fell... An overview of the history of the organisation that commemorates the 1.7 million fallen personnel from Britain and the Commonwealth in the First and Second World Wars. The talk will look at the scope and scale of the Commission’s work, and will include the stories of some of the casualties local to this area.
