Access to food should never be a barrier to earning a degree. Yet, for nearly 41% of college students in the United States, food insecurity is a hidden but persistent reality that impacts academic success, mental health, and graduation rates.
Please join us for a film screening of Learning Hungry and a discussion with food pantry directors and Kentuckiana college students.

is a new documentary and engagement initiative designed to move beyond awareness and toward systemic change. Building on the momentum of The Working Hungry and Food, Insecure, this project turns the lens toward higher education, examining the root causes of campus hunger and highlighting practical solutions at the campus, community, and policy levels.
