Learn Together Project Celebration & Resource Launch

The Public & Community Engagement Group (PCEG), in partnership with Glasgow Changing Futures, will host the Learn Together Celebration and Resource Launch on Tuesday 1 September 2026, from 3.30–5.30pm at the Advanced Research Centre, University of Glasgow.

Over the past year, the Learn Together Project has worked in partnership with community organisations to design and deliver workshops with the central aim of upskilling researchers in engagement with underserved communitites. Through collaboration with: British Red Cross VOICES, Values into Action Scotland, DIFFERabled, and Chance2Change, the project has centred community expertise within researcher development. A key outcome of this work is the launch of a new open-access resource, offering practical and community-informed guidance for researchers at the University of Glasgow and beyond.

This event will celebrate the achievements of the programme, showcase the resource, and reinforce the University’s commitment to ethical and meaningful community engagement in research.
