Are you ready to stop ogling the things other people sew and just learn already?! Join us for this adult Learn-to-Sew course! *Teens 16+ welcome to join :)
About This Course:
Perfect for total beginners or those who are in need of a refresher, we cover everything you need to know to jump into sewing.
Our course includes safety principles, how a sewing machine actually works (this is key for troubleshooting!), learning to navigate, basic stitches and their functions and we'll complete a basic project. After attending this course, students will have the knowledge and skills to complete simple projects and follow tutorials on their own. Students are encouraged to practice on their own consistently to maintain skills and are welcome to attend our intermediate project classes and workshops. Students who would like to develop more skills may attend our Learn-to-Quilt offerings or our adult "Next-Level" classes.

November-December 2025:
3 Consecutive Tuesdays 6:30-9pm
11/25, 12/2, 12/9

January-February 2026:
3 Consecutive Tuesdays 6:30-9pm
1/20, 1/27, 2/3
(2/10 reserved in the event of weather cancellation)
March 2026:
3 Consecutive Saturdays 9:30am-12pm
3/7, 3/14, 3/21
This is a course, so please only register if you can attend all dates in the series. If there is an unplanned absence due to an unforeseen event, a private lesson (additional fee of $30/hour) must be scheduled prior to the next date in the course in order to rejoin.
