The sessions will typically run for 90 minutes and will be as follows:
Session 1: (please arrive 10 minutes before)
Involves the basic rowing stroke with correct sequencing shown on a rowing machine and the basic blade work done in a single scull held by an instructor or in a crewed boat.
Session 2:
Involves going out in a crewed boat on the water with an instructor to reinforce the basic rowing stroke with correct sequencing & blade work.
Sessions 3-6:
Are conducted on the lake in larger boats with experienced rowers.
