Bike lessons & courses for all ages & abilities...
🔹 LEARN TO RIDE
Learn how to ride independently on a pedal bike without stabilisers. I teach in little steps so its not scary! Age 4- Adult
🔹 BIKE SKILLS
Build up confidence & control with learning how to turn, control speed & be spatial aware while riding a bike. Age 4 - Adult
🔹 BALANCE BIKE
Learn how to glide, turn, stop & play some fun games! Age 3- 6
🔹 BIKEABILITY LEVEL 1
The Bikeability Level 1 course aims to develop mastery in cycle handling in an off-road environment and prepare riders for cycling on the road. Age 5 - Adult
🔹 BIKEABILITY LEVEL 2
The Bikeability Level 2 course aims to develop riders’ skills and confidence for cycling on single-lane roads and simple junctions with mostly moderate motor traffic flows. Age 10- Adult
🔹 BIKEABILITY LEVEL 3
The Bikeability Level 3 course aims to develop riders’ skills and confidence so they can ride in diverse road environments, including complex, often busy roads and junctions, sometimes with speed limits above 30 mph. Age 10 - Adult
🔹 BIKE FIX
Learn about parts of the bike & how they work, How to do a basic bike check, Spot faults and make adjustments using tools & repair a puncture. Age 10- Adult
🔸 Bikes & helmets can be borrowed
🔸 Location is easy to find and has free parking
🔸 Bikeability trainees will receive a certificate, handbook & badge
