Come and learn how to turn walking into a total body exercise by walking with poles.This 1hr session will ensure you learn the correct movement and technique using NORDIC WALKING poles. You will have time to practice and perfect technique while meeting other like minded walkers.
The 'POWER OF POLES intro session' will introduce you to the wonderful world of NORDIC WALKING - a fun, sociable and affordable way to improve your health and fitness.
On completion of the 1hr session your first Nordic Walk with MK Nordic Walking will be FREE! Your instructor will advise the best level of walk for you to start with.
Pole hire is included for the Learn To session and any further walks with us.
