Learn to Meditate II: Going Deeper
Fill your inner reservoir with several practical experiences of meditation. Each session will offer a unique practical tool for your meditation experience designed to deepen your practice.
This course will run for 4 consecutive Tuesday nights
Join us in the peaceful atmosphere of the meditation center or find a quiet space to join us online. Let us know your preference.

Prequisite is required: Must have completed our first Learn to Meditation I (the 5 week course introduction to thoughts, soul, Divine presence)
This course is meant to deepen and add variety to your meditation practice. And for you to enjoy the extra power of meditating in a group setting.
Instruction, discussion, experiential exercises and music
Registration is required.
For maximum benefit please commit to attend all 4 weeks as one class builds upon the other. All programs are offered free of charge as a community service.
