New for 2024!Do you love the flavor and smell of fresh made sourdough bread, but always thought it was too difficult to make your own? It’s not! Join us in the Carnegie Kitchen as we conquer the step by step process of sourdough bread making with Chaela and Chris Neil, owner/operators of Humble Heritage in Ronceverte, WV. In addition to nearly-ready-to-bake dough, students will leave with a small proofing bowl, a simple recipe card for small and large loaves, a dehydrated starter, and the confidence to start making their own delicious sourdough bread at home. Fresh baked loaves, spreadables and lightly sweetened Honeybush tea will be available for refreshments. Cold weather is coming- it’s time to start baking!
