There is nothing better than fresh, homemade pasta! In this class you will get hands on and learn how to make your own pastas at home!
Join Us for a Hands-On Pasta Making Workshop!
In this hands-on pasta-making class, you’ll get an immersive experience in crafting fresh, authentic pasta from scratch. The class will begin with an introduction to the key ingredients: flour, eggs, and a bit of salt. You'll then learn the traditional techniques for mixing, kneading, and rolling the dough, guided by our expert instructor, Chef Brittany Reilly.
Throughout the session, you’ll gain insights into the nuances of Italian pasta, with plenty of opportunities to practice and refine your skills. As you prepare the pasta, you’ll also learn how to pair it with complementary sauces, turning each creation into a delicious, complete dish. The class will end with a communal meal where you can savor the fruits of your labor and appreciate the fresh, authentic taste of homemade pasta. It’s a fun, educational experience perfect for anyone passionate about food and cooking!
Sip on a complimentary craft cocktail as you create, and feel free to bring your own favorite beverages to enjoy as well. We will enjoy a green salad to compliment the pasta dishes, as well as a sweet treat to end our meal!
