I am so pleased to be bringing you my top-down-sweater course at Yarnology!This skills-based course guides you through every step of knitting your first top-down sweater in-the-round. We use a baby sized pattern to create one in miniature, allowing you to experience casting on, joining in the round, shaping the yoke, separating for sleeves, creating the sleeves and is packed with tips and tricks along the way to help smooth your stitching journey.
The course is all day, and strikes the perfect balance between learning and free-knitting time allowing for breaks to enjoy the smooth flow of your stitches as you progress through each stage.
Light refreshment will be provided throughout the day but you will need to bring lunch, or visit one of the fab local cafes to buy something.
All materials are included in the course.
If you can knit and purl and have some experience of knitting in the round, you'll be able to tackle this course.
