About this Event
Looking for a fun, welcoming way to get active, learn something new and meet amazing people? Cornwall Roller Derby is inviting anyone aged 18 and over to lace up their skates and join our FREE Summer Taster Sessions in Newquay and Penzance.
Whether you've never worn skates before or you're looking for your next adventure, you'll receive a warm welcome. No experience? No problem! Full skate and safety kit is available to borrow, and our friendly coaches and members will support you every step (or roll!) of the way.
Our Summer Taster Sessions also mark the start of our new skater intake, making this the perfect opportunity to become part of one of Cornwall's most inclusive, supportive and empowering sporting communities.
Roller derby is about so much more than skating. It's about building confidence, improving fitness, making lifelong friendships and discovering what you're capable of—all in a space where everyone belongs.
