Reiki Level One Training - Aberdeen, 22nd & 23rd August 2026 in Aberdeen. This two‑day training is £220, which includes your attunement, certificate, and a Reiki manual for you to keep and return to throughout your journey.

What You Will Learn
You’ll be introduced to the Usui System of Natural Healing, the original lineage of Reiki. All of my courses are fully accredited by the IPHM, meaning your qualification is recognised and respected worldwide.
Reiki Level One teaches you:
What Reiki is and how it works
How to give Reiki to yourself
How to offer Reiki to immediate family and friends
How to connect spiritually with your Reiki guide
How to begin integrating energy work into your daily life
