Professional development and employee evaluations often focus on shoring up our weaknesses. But this is exactly the opposite of what we need to grow. In this session, we will use Gallup’s CliftonStrengths to flip the traditional model on its head by focusing on doing more of what we do well. Participants are encouraged (but not required) to take the CliftonStrengths Top 5 assessment in advance of this class ($24.99 cost not included in class registration).
