The Blind Bear is hosting us again! Barre at the Bar is a barre class in a bar.
We will have all the usual aspects of a barre class in the studio: ballet movements and postures, small movements with big results, and an awesome low impact/ variable intensity group fitness class; we will just be at a local bar!
This event includes a 45min barre class and 1 Cocktail or Mocktail from The Blind Bear.
You must be 21+ to participate in this event!
Bring your friends and join us for Barre at the Bar!
Arrive at 4:30p or earlier to pick your spot and get your drink! Class will start shortly after...
