About This CourseLeading When It Hits the Fan focuses on supervising the initial hours of a critical incident at your correctional center or jail. Research clearly shows that decisions made by a supervisor on the scene early during an active incident significantly improve the chances of a positive outcome. The LWIHTF course highlights the key concepts that the initial responding supervisor should have in their mental file folder.
We will cover:
