*FREE EVENT* Water Pool-ooza at the Lakeshore! is a FREE, family event designed to introduce 4th-12th grade students to the journey of their drinking water, careers in water, conservation efforts, and how to become a water champion.
A guided tour will begin where attendees will follow the path of their drinking water throughout the Grand Rapids Lake Michigan Filtration Plant and engage in hands-on activities led by water professionals, City staff, and community partners.
By participating in Water Pool-ooza at the Lakeshore! attendees will learn about the importance of our natural water resources and begin to understand their role as water champions within our community.
