Andrea Bailey knows what it means to carry weight—emotionally, physically, and energetically. For over 20 years, she’s guided individuals and groups out of survival mode and into deeper alignment through nature-based healing, movement, and intentional mindset shifts.
As the creator of Therapeutic Rucking (trademark pending), Andrea merges real-world grit with grounded therapeutic tools—offering an experience that’s as empowering as it is healing. Her work speaks directly to veterans, first responders, high-performing women, and mission-driven leaders who are burned out from doing it all—and ready to come home to themselves.
Through storytelling, science, and soul, Andrea brings raw truth and practical tools to every stage, panel, and podcast she steps into. She's been featured at events like the Boston Outdoor Expo, the She’s Local: Pioneer Valley Women’s Conference, and in national publications—inviting audiences to reclaim their breath, reset their nervous system, and rise with clarity and calm.
She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Mindfulness-Based Ecotherapist, Reiki Master, and Functional Fitness Instructor—and most of all, Andrea is a guide for those ready to evolve from the inside out.
