Join The Access Program for an Open House & Information Session introducing the Workforce Leadership Lab, a 15-week leadership and workforce development experience built around learning, connection, and hands-on projects.
The Lab brings together people who want to strengthen their leadership, build practical workforce skills, expand their professional connections, and contribute to meaningful projects in the community.
The Open House gives you a chance to explore the program before deciding whether you’d like to participate.

What is the Workforce Leadership Lab?
Participants begin by exploring their own leadership goals and strengthening foundational skills. From there, they move into team-based learning and projects where they practice communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and project planning.
During the final phase, participants work together on a community-focused project and share their work and accomplishments at the Leadership Showcase.
Throughout the 15 weeks, participants also have opportunities to connect with employers, community organizations, workforce professionals, technology partners, and other people who can support their continued growth.
