Our guest speaker will open a conversation on a question that is landing in every organization right now: as AI moves from passive tools to active coworkers, agents aren't just executing tasks. They connect context, surface blind spots, and keep teams aligned, and they help leaders lead. But they also need leadership to work well. We'll discuss how company structure, decision-making, and culture change when human judgment partners directly with agentic intelligence.
