Catalyzing the Next Frontier: The 2026 Stanford RNA Medicine Symposium

The landscape of genetic medicine is shifting. As we enter a new era of RNA-centric discovery, the Stanford RNA Medicine Program (RAMP) invites you to a high-caliber gathering designed to bridge the gap between fundamental bench science and clinical reality.

Our mission: to accelerate the translation of RNA research into transformative human therapeutics. We don’t just host talks; we curate an ecosystem where the brightest minds in academia and the most ambitious leaders in the biotech industry converge to spark multidisciplinary breakthroughs.

The Keynotes: A Vision for the Future

We are honored to host Dr. Jennifer Doudna, Nobel Laureate in Chemistry, and Dr. Daniel Anderson, Joseph R. Mares (1924) Professor of Chemical Engineering and Institute for Medical Engineering and Science, as our keynote speakers.
While Dr. Doudna will provide unparalleled insights into the CRISPR -Cas9 revolution and the future of genomic intervention, Dr. Anderson will expand the conversation into advanced biomaterials—exploring how nanotherapeutics are successfully driving next-generation gene and cell therapies from the lab to the clinic.

Additional confirmed speakers include: Billy Li (Stanford), Luke Gilbert (Arc Institute, UCSF), Magnus Hoffman (Gladstone), Peter Kim (Stanford), Theo Roth (Arc Institute, Stanford), Katherine Ferrara (Stanford), Kyle Daniels (PICI, Stanford), Calvin Kuo (Stanford)

Beyond the Podium: Strategic Interaction

To maximize the density of high-value interactions, this is an exclusively in-person event. We have created the schedule to facilitate deep-dive discussions between researchers and entrepreneurs:

  • Round-Robin Meet & Greet: A structured session designed for rapid-fire engagement with keynote speakers and Stanford Principal Investigators (PIs).
  • Multidisciplinary Sessions: Peer-reviewed breakthroughs and translational case studies across the RNA spectrum (full agenda forthcoming).
  • Closing Reception: An elite networking mixer to solidify partnerships and explore collaborative ventures.
