Leadership in Action: Turn Ideas Into Impact
Great leadership doesn’t happen by simply hearing a great idea. It happens when you put that idea into action.
Leadership in Action is a one-day, interactive professional development experience designed for leaders who want practical tools they can immediately apply to themselves, their teams, and their organizations.
Co-hosted by ETI Performance Improvement and Nexus Impact Center, the event brings together experienced coaches, facilitators, and subject-matter experts for a day of hands-on workshops focused on the challenges today’s leaders are actually facing.

Rather than spending the day listening to back-to-back keynote speakers, you’ll create your own learning experience by selecting the workshops most relevant to you.
Sessions explore topics including:
- Leadership, workplace culture, and team effectiveness

Each workshop is designed to move beyond theory, giving you practical strategies, meaningful discussion, and tools you can take back to work and begin using right away.
Who Should Attend?
Leadership in Action is designed for business owners, executives, managers, emerging leaders, nonprofit professionals, HR and people leaders, and anyone who wants to strengthen their ability to lead themselves and others.
While the event was inspired in part by our experience co-hosting the Global Leadership Summit, you do not need to have attended GLS to participate. Leadership in Action stands on its own as a practical day of learning, connection, and growth.
