AGC of Indiana 2026 Leadership Track Series

The AGC of Indiana Leadership Track program is specifically designed for high potential, self motivated employees who have demonstrated proven results within your organization and are looking toward that next level of leadership. As an association, we would like to offer those employees an educational experience that includes industry engagement with their peers and senior leaders.

We invite AGC of Indiana member firms to register 1-3 team members for the AGCI Leadership Track program. The investment allows us to engage our next level of industry leadership in a collective manner that includes educational forums, networking and a community investment project. In addition, participants will be recognized at the AGC of Indiana Annual Conference.

Participants for the 2025 Leadership Track program must register by April 17, 2026 and must be available for all of the program dates below. All sessions are mandatory.

May 7, 2:00pm-5:00pm: AGCI Leadership Track Kick Off, Speedway Indoor Karting, 1067 North Main Street, Speedway, Indiana

June 10, 1:00pm-5:00pm: AGCI Leadership Track Fourm

July 22, 1:00pm-5:00pm: AGCI Leadership Track Fourm

August 20, 1:00pm-5:00pm: AGCI Leadership Track Forum

September 17, 1:00pm-5:00pm: AGCI Leadership Track Forum

October TBD, 2:00pm-4:00pm: AGCI Leadership Track Legislative 101 Forum

October TBD, 9:00am-4:30pm: AGC of Indiana Leadership Track Community Service Day Event, Location TBD
