Bros Foundation is bringing employers, workforce leaders and community organizations together for the Employer Partnership Forum on Wednesday, September 23 at The AMP at 16 Tech.
The conversation will focus on practical workforce issues affecting employers and the organizations helping people prepare for, enter and remain in the workforce, including:
- Hiring needs and workforce gaps
- Early retention barriers
- Employer-workforce partnerships
- Employment stability and support
- Practical hiring incentives and workforce resources
- Opportunities for stronger coordination across Marion County and Central Indiana
The forum is not limited to reentry or fair-chance hiring. Organizations supporting justice-involved individuals are encouraged to participate as part of the broader workforce conversation.
H.I.R.E. — the Hoosier Initiative for ReEntry — will provide practical information on employer incentives and workforce resources.
Feedback from the forum will also help inform the Marion County & Central Indiana Workforce Insights Report, a convening-based summary of hiring, retention, workforce access and opportunities for stronger employer-community coordination.
